Location: Dublin
Contract Length: 6 Months

Daily Rate: €500-€550 per day

Overview

I am working with a leading organisation in Dublin that’s looking for an experienced Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant to join on a day-rate contract. The successful consultant will bring a blend of functional expertise and technical knowledge, along with the ability to communicate clearly with both non-technical stakeholders and technical teams. You’ll be expected to provide guidance on platform capabilities, challenge requirements where appropriate and help drive effective adoption of Salesforce across the organisation.

Key Contributions

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyse, and translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions
• Design and configure Salesforce across core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, etc.)
• Provide hands-on configuration and light development where required
• Support integrations, data migration, testing and deployment activities
• Advise on best practice, scalability and platform optimisation

Required Background

• Strong experience as a Salesforce Techno-Functional Consultant
• Proven background in requirements gathering, solution design and configuration
• Hands-on Salesforce configuration (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards)
• Good understanding of Apex, integrations and data models (hands-on dev a plus)
• Experience working in agile delivery environments
• Salesforce certifications are highly desirable
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
